Michael Spresser

Michael Spresser, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, has over twenty-five combined years of music teaching and publishing experience.

His varied experience includes providing editorial assistance to composers such as Steve Zegree, Stephen Schwartz, Alice Parker, and Eric Whitacre among others, being an associate recording producer for the Macmillan/McGraw-Hill Spotlight on Music series, and speaking to collegiate music education majors.

He has served as the OMEA All-State choir accompanist and was inducted into the Turpin High School Music Department Hall of Fame in 2011.  A  member of OMEA, ACDA, and NARAS (The Grammys), he currently serves as Director of Pop and Lawson-Gould Publications for Alfred Music.

A sought-after accompanist, Michael has had the privilege of playing in over fifty cities in twenty-five states, Canada, Finland, Sweden and the former Soviet Union.
