Join A Choir

CYC’s full year ensembles ranging in from 1st-12th grade, who rehearse at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. Mid-season vocal placement auditions are held in December for January rehearsal start at a prorated tuition rate.

ChoralQuest is a fun 8-week after-school program offering comprehensive music literacy and choral education to third-sixth grade students once per week during an hour-long rehearsal at selected schools.

The Cincinnati Choral Academy is a free after-school program offered at specified CPS Schools, that provide a comprehensive music literacy and choral education to third-grade students twice per week during two-hour sessions.

Any 4th – 7th grade students from a CPS elementary schools can participate in this free city-wide honor choir mentored by the Cincinnati Youth Choir under the direction of the nationally known clinician/conductor, Robyn Lana. They will have 2 days of intense rehearsal and then perform their repertoire during our CPS Gala concert in May.
