Welcome To The 2019 CYC Summer Festival!
Below are some very important details about our upcoming Summer Festival program:
What to Pack
You must pack a disposable lunch and drink each day. Also, dress comfortably, and prep your child with sunblock and rain gear! An Emergency Medical form is needed for all children. If you have not turned one in for this event please CLICK HERE to fill out the online version of the form.
Drop-off Procedures
Rehearsal Location: Dieterle Vocal Arts Center (DVAC), Room 300.
Monday, July 15
On the first day, you must physically accompany your child to check-in between 8:30am-9am. Parents may park on Calhoun Street along campus or in the CCM Parking Garage (parking fee applies in garage).
Tuesday, July 16 – Friday, July 19
You may drop off your child between 8:30am and 9am in front of DVAC in the CCM Circle. You do not need to walk them in.
Pick-up Procedures
Festival ends promptly each weekday at 4pm. Participants will be escorted out into the CCM circle. You may pick up your singer at this location. Please do not arrive early and do not leave your car unattended. This causes a fire hazard, and your car will be ticketed or asked to leave the premises to accommodate traffic flow. If a parent is later than 4:20pm, a $15 dollar charge will be applied to your tuition invoice.
Festival Concert Information:
Concert date/time/location: Saturday, July 20, 2019 – 3pm-4:45pm (estimated) – Corbett Auditorium. Doors open at 2:30pm for parents.

Please see Rachel Breeden in DVAC300 Monday morning during festival sign-ins to purchase tickets, or send your child in Tuesday – Friday with money/check in a sealed envelope with their name on the front.
