Rachel Breeden is CYC’s newly appointed Director of Programing. Born and raised in Centerville, Ohio, Rachel’s love for the Arts started as a young child. There Mrs. Breeden earned a BFA in Electronic Media and was a recipient of a Ziv Award for a Sales Management Program with Clear Channel Communications. After graduating she gained 8 years of hands on marketing, business, and event management experience through her work with Lightborne productions and G2/Local Marketing Corporation.
